Reich on War (and Peace)
As noted previously, there is much activity on my Facebook page regarding the current and on-going lawless invasion of Europe overwhelmingly by young Muslim men of military age, highly suggestive of an Islamic al-Hajra; a cloaked invasion by immigration-deception.
As many will know, my work on Saharasia predicts this invasion is a precursor to a great social violence, given the issues of character structure, and specifically the more heavily-armored and sex-repressive, violent nature of Islamic societies across the Saharasian Desert Belt.
In that context, there was a side-discussion on the general issues of war versus peace, how to avoid the former and achieve the latter. Even before I got onto Facebook, some found my ideas on Saharasia, and the implications of that cross-cultural work to be challenging, and invoked what they thought was the spirit of Wilhelm Reich. They suggested Reich was some kind of "peacenik" who would support the modern Leftist political positions of appeasement to Islamic terrorists, or lawless "open-borders internationalism". I have heard this and similar over and over again since 911, and based upon my readings of Reich, and even more so since the onset of the Islamic invasions, I must fully disagree with that viewpoint.
It is fully accepted and historically accurate that the young Reich joined the Communist Party of Austria and Germany in efforts to oppose growing Nazi influences, as well as to promote his own ideas on sexual/social freedoms. As a mature man and starting around 1933, however, he slowly abandoned most of those sentiments, which were never "peacenik" in any case. He always was a vocal opponent against the Nazis, but following so many deadly betrayals by the Communist Parties, he quickly became an outspoken critic of the communist movements.
In my own investigations of this period of Reich's life, and digging into the history of Marxism and Communism, I found much to illuminate the background reasons why Reich's ideas to expand human freedom were anathema to the Marxist political parties and movements. Thereafter I wrote several essays on these questions which only a few will probably know, as they were never published outside of internet webpages. I will share those again.
The first one I'll post is titled "Reich On War", and quotes from Reich's various writings to make a reasoned evaluation of just what his opinions actually were.
